Return period
We accept return requests within a period of 14 calendar days from the delivery date of the order.

For a product to be eligible for a return, it must meet the following conditions:

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted for the following products:

How to request a return
To initiate a return, the customer must write to info@funrich.store indicating:
Order number Reason for the return Photographs, when applicable (defective or incorrect product)
Our team will respond within 24 to 48 hours with the corresponding instructions.
Return shipping costs
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in the following cases:

Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. The amount will be refunded to the same payment method used in the purchase.
